Strength equipment travels flat and heavy. Here is the route a frame takes to your floor, who is carrying it at each stage, and how long the build really takes once it is inside.

You order at the partner store
The buy stamp hands you to the listing. Payment, delivery address and date are all agreed there — this site never takes an order, so there is nothing here to confirm.

The store ships it
Typically two to three days across the contiguous US. Bigger frames — cages, Smith machines, Olympic sets — travel as several boxes on separate labels, so they can land on different days. That is normal freight behaviour, not a missing box.

It arrives at the door, not the room
Standard delivery is kerbside or doorstep. Before the day, measure the narrowest point on the route in — a stair turn, a door frame, a bannister — against the longest upright rather than the box. Have a second pair of hands for anything over 60 lb.

You build it
Lay every part out and count it against the manual before the first bolt. Keep everything finger-tight until the frame is square, then torque down from the centre outwards.
What arrives how
98% pre-assembled. Two pins, five seconds, one box, around 23 lb. No tools.
90% pre-assembled, six steps, roughly 20 minutes. Wheels and a handle already fitted for moving it.

Before the lorry turns up
Clear the route, not just the room. Mark the base footprint on the floor in tape so you know where the frame lands and how much matting you need — put the mat down before the equipment, not after. Keep the packaging until the build is finished: it is the best surface for sorting bolts on, and it is what a return would have to travel back in.
If a box arrives visibly crushed, photograph it before opening and raise it on the order the same day — that timestamp is what makes the claim straightforward. If a part is simply short, the replacement also ships from that order; send us the part number at contact@yoleo.pages.dev as well and it gets fed back to production.
