The swap plate
Two doors: change it, or fix it
Nearly everything that goes wrong after delivery is one of two things — the frame is not right for your room, or one part of it is not right. Different doors, different paperwork, very different timelines.
Door one — send it back
Wrong size, wrong fit, changed your mind
- Raise the return on the order at the partner store that took the payment — that is the only place it can be started.
- The return window runs from the delivery date and the listing states the exact length.
- Repack in the original carton wherever possible. Flat-pack steel rarely survives a second trip loose, and damage in transit comes off the refund.
- The store issues the refund, back to the method you paid with.
Door two — replace the part
A pin, a pad, a bolt, a bracket, a cable
- Five years on the frame; ten years on the Olympic set's frame and components.
- Raise it on the same order — the replacement part is dispatched from there, and you keep the rest of the equipment in the room.
- Have the model name, the part number from the manual and one photo of the joint ready.
- Wear items — upholstery, foam, cables — are covered against defects, not against use.
Worth checking before either door
A rack that rocks is usually a frame torqued down before it was squared. Loosen, level, re-tighten from the centre out.
Levelling feet absorb a few millimetres. On carpet, a mat under the base stops one foot sinking further than the other three.
Most 'missing part' messages turn out to be a ball pin used where a ring pin belongs. The manual shows both, and they are not interchangeable.
Still not right? Write to contact@yoleo.pages.dev with the model and a photo. We cannot process the return from here, but we can usually tell you in one reply whether it needs one — and roughly half the time it does not.
